Tiers, results and payments for SFY2026 are the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services’ published NF VBP dashboard (Performance Payments). DMAS prints no CCN, so buildings are matched to CMS by name and checked against DMAS’s own staffing figures; Medicaid days are backed out of DMAS’s payments, since Virginia publishes none. SFY2027 is not paid yet: it is SuperLTC’s scoring of CMS’s public files on DMAS’s SFY2027 methodology, and every page says so. Operators and counties are CMS’s; map points are CMS’s geocodes. No patient data appears here.
